At Bushwakka Adventure Gear, we stand by the quality of our rugged apparel and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next expedition, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
